Good Vibrations S.S.S. Personal Training

A personal trainer can give you the tools and support that you need to reach your health and fitness goal. They will create a one-to-one fitness program, and motivate and guide you through the training. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, feel and look better, a PT could work for you.

Whether your aim is to lose weight, tone up, get fitter, gain in confidence or look and feel better, the S.S.S. workout really works and is fun.

You can burn up to 500 calories in our workout by combining the rebounder, power plate, resistance bands and Swiss ball.

The main components of fitness are stamina, strength and suppleness, (s.s.s.) The routine covers all of these aspects.

If required, advice will then be given on diet whether it be to lose weight, gain weight or eat more healthily.

Some of our clients like to bring a friend along and work together, and we can accommodate this.
