Medistone Bodywork has helped thousands of people with speedy recovery from pain and injuries. Medistone is Dougie’s own treatment which was given accreditation in 2010, and now he teaches it to other Therapists.

Steve has worked at several premier soccer clubs, including Blackburn Rovers, Leeds United and is now back at Bolton Wanderers.

He has been offering his skills at the Good Health Centre since 2009.

Andrea is a qualified accredited counsellor who has been practicing for over twelve years. She is qualified in Cognitive Behavioural therapy, which is also of benefit to individuals with depression, stress management, panic and anxiety orders.
   
BRYAN PEARSON

Sports injury therapist V.T.C.T

Bryan was an ex England International squash player, and was part of the team who won European Championships.

He was also sports therapist to Wigan Warriors, and has been practicing at the Good Health since 2009
   
LINDSAY FURNESS

Lindsay specialises in treating clients with Musculoskeletal injuries from sport injuries, e.g. Back and Neck pain, Ankle sprains, Hamstring and calf strains, tennis and golfers elbow.
   
DAMIAN TURNER

Damian is an experienced counsellor and Hypnotherapist. He is a youth worker and specialises in helping young people, and helps to deal with anxiety, fears, phobias, and stopping smoking.

Bowen treats the whole person and not just the symptoms and can generate realignment of the body. Especially good for back pain, migraines and stress related conditions.
   
MARTIN GRINDROD

Martin is an Accredited Mindfulness teacher and meets the requirements of the Good Practice Guidance for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses.
Martin has completed a 2 year Mindfulness teacher training programme with ‘Breathworks’ where his training has was led by Breathworks founder and internationally renowned Mindfulness expert; Gary Hennessey (Ratnaguna).

BSc (Hons) Sports Rehabilitation, Medistone Bodywork. Briea treats any musculoskeletal injuries, sporting or occupational, with advice and exercises prescribed to self manage to aid your recovery. Briea also has been performing Medistone massage treatment for 4 years after having treatment herself from Dougie. Briea still has a passion for swimming and triathlon as she currently still teaches and coaches swimming after competing in Modern Pentathlon Youth GB.

Anthony is an Olympic GB Swimmer and provides a head to toe treatment solution to any musculoskeletal pain or injury.

Charleen graduated from The Educational Institute and Research Institute in Massachusetts and now brings her wealth of experience from the U.S.A to England. She specialises in many types of massage, including sports Swedish - deep tissue and Neuromuscular.

Experience working in Rugby League, Cycling, Olympic and National Level Volleyball and for the last 9 years with the first team at Bolton Wanderers Football Club

Duncan specializes in many avenues including depression, anxiety, bereavement, low esteem, illness, relationships, anger and addictions. As well as working at The Good Health Centre he is also a mentor for a local charity and at a national Addiction Clinic.
   

JUDITH FIRTH

Graduate Sports Rehabilitator (BSc Hons)

Judith's previous experience included working in the NHS as a Multidisciplinary Assistant Practitioner(Rheumatology, Podiatry, Diabetes and the Falls Team). As well as working at the Good Health Centre, Judith works Part Time at BWFC Academy. She is particularly interested in treating Musculoskeletal Conditions using a wide range of Manual Therapies that are supplemented with individual injury prevention programmes.
